The Key to Cutting Abdominal Fat:

  1. Favor big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and presses. Train these movements hard and heavy. This type of training will favor the metabolic and hormonal changes necessary to loose abdominal fat.
  2. Cut body fat with sprint intervals. Try alternating 10 seconds of all out sprinting with 20 seconds of walking. Start with 5 mins and build up.
  3. Favor a diet high in protein, healthy fats and vegetables, but low in starches
