The Key to Cutting Abdominal Fat:
- Favor big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and presses. Train these movements hard and heavy. This type of training will favor the metabolic and hormonal changes necessary to loose abdominal fat.
- Cut body fat with sprint intervals. Try alternating 10 seconds of all out sprinting with 20 seconds of walking. Start with 5 mins and build up.
- Favor a diet high in protein, healthy fats and vegetables, but low in starches
