Aldo Frixione is a highly credentialed Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and Entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. His passion for all things weight training is unmatched. In 2012 Aldo co-founded ManTraining Fitness with Gabriel Lee. Aldo is also the Head Coach of ManTraining’s StrengthCamp program. His areas of specialization include strength training, body composition and hypertrophy. Aldo’s personal training practise is based out of downtown and east end Toronto.

Gabriel LeeCo-Founder
Gabriel is a highly credentialed Coach, Rehabilitation Specialist and Entrepreneur with over 13 years experience in fitness and rehabilitation. Gabriel has worked in leading sports medicine clinics as a Physiotherapist, top gyms as a Trainer and college sports teams as an Athletic Therapist. He has taught seminars on rehabilitative exercise to groups of Physicians and Physiotherapists, and continues to work as an Instructor to Personal Trainers who want to further their knowledge and skill set.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Yaz draws from deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology. His experience as a personal trainer has gained him knowledge and expertise not only in strength training but also in hypertrophy, weight loss and performance training.
