An easy and clean way to up your calories

In a blender combine the following:

1. 1.5 Scoops of Whey Protein Powder

2. 30g of Oatmeal

3. 2 tbsp of Almond Butter

4. 1 Banana

5. 2 ounces of almond milk

6. fill with water


Each Shake contains approximately 500 Calories. Keep in mind that weight gainer is a supplement and not intended to replace meals. As an example, to create a surplus of 1000 cal/day, simply add 2 shakes to your current diet.
